Contact the Support Team

Email alec@posearcade.com for technical support, account questions, billing assistance, or to submit feature requests. We review new messages Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, and aim to respond within one business day.

Please include the email tied to your BarSpeed account, the device model and iOS version you are using, and any relevant screenshots or screen recordings. This helps us investigate more quickly.

Troubleshooting Checklist

  • Confirm LiDAR permissions are enabled under iOS Settings > Privacy > Camera > BarSpeed.
  • Ensure you have at least 2GB of free storage for highlight clips and analytics caching.
  • Restart BarSpeed after installing updates to load the newest motion models and velocity calibrations.
  • If rep detection pauses, reset your LiDAR calibration from the in-app settings menu and repeat the warm-up walkthrough.

Manage Subscriptions

BarSpeed Premium is billed through the App Store using your Apple ID. You can update your plan, cancel auto-renewal, or review invoices by navigating to Settings > Apple ID > Media and Purchases > Subscriptions on your device. For billing questions we cannot resolve directly, Apple Support will have access to your transaction history.

Privacy and Data Requests

To request a copy of your training data or ask that we delete your account, email alec@posearcade.com with the subject line "BarSpeed Data Request". We will verify your identity before completing the request.
